Women in Literature

They write, and their stories reflect a perspective on the world, a view of reality and a creative flair for fiction that have all too often been overlooked. Yet the literary world owes them a great deal; from convents to salons, via literary circles and the media, women writers have found ways to express themselves and create works of literature.
